- Two state-of-the-art machine shops with three overhead cranes, 11 lathes with capacity up to 60" (152 cm) and lengths up to 38 feet (11.5 m), six milling machines, four grinders, five drill presses, planers, shapers and lapping machines
- Full-service pipe and sheetmetal shops equipped to fabricate, repair, bend, burn, shear and install all materials to any size
- Valve shop servicing all types, materials and sizes
- Electrical and electronic repair facility capable of fiber optic cable installation
- Structural fabrication shop to roll, press and cut heavy steel plates and structures to any size
- Special barge to perform in-water rudder removal (30-ton capacity)
- Ballast Water Treatment Plant
- Compressed air, electricity, garbage sterilization, natural gas, oxygen, potable water, river water, sewer disposal, steam and telephone
